Straightforward process to search for items, place holds, managing patron accounts, and other circulation functions. It doesn't look flashy and there isn't any fancy design but it definitely gets the job done. > > **Cons**: Our library did have many instances of freezing or taking a long time for the software to load upon first opening it. > > Sierra has been a reliable catalog and circulation software. Very simple design makes it easy to search and do special functions as well as maintaining patron accounts.
