> **Pros**: The amount of detail that goes into each listing is a little bit more than some competitors. However, the information that is requested is most useful and beneficial to listing your commercial property and all its details.

> **Cons**: The cost of Crexi to get the full package to where you can contact your leads and see their information with emails and/or contact phone numbers is actually more than what it cost through Loopnet, which is their direct competitor and they’re actually larger.
> 
> I’ve been using Crexi for a little over three years we use it to list all of our commercial spaces when they are available as well as third-party representation spaces in land, whether it’s a sale or purchase.
