> **Pros**: It's easy to get your charting done. SigmaCare illustrates the charting that needs to get done in the form of pictures. For example, click on a cartoon picture of a comb that represents grooming and then start filling out the questions on the screen.
> 
> **Cons**: I have only worked in one facility that uses SigmaCare. I don't think it's very popular in skilled nursing facilities. Not sure why. I have had no issues using it.
