The team is extremely proactive in informing me with what I need to worry about in the future in order to better take advantage of the platform.

> **Cons**: I would love to be able to create new notifications like "shipment delayed" based off of business rules. I believe this is on the roadmap and I look forward to that\! In addition to that, there are some features like configuration of the tracking page that takes WISMO's team to need to complete.

During our scale, it reduced the need of adding more agents answering WISMO inquiries. We used to have 10 outsourced customer support agents, we reduced them to 3. This alone has saved us 70% on outsourcing costs. Customer trust for reordering also improved as their shipment experience has been smooth - I would say our customer retention % has improved by 15-20% more.
