- User authentication (I can sync my product's user accounts into the boards so they don't have sign-up if I choose not to allow anonymous access)

> I am a SaaS founder myself, and user feedback is vital to me. Having a public roadmap where users can post feature requests and vote, helps me better understand their needs and choose the right direction with the development. Pubilc Roadmap and communication helped us decrease churn, and increase NPS. Users are more likely to retain when they know what improvements to expect.

> **Pros**: Convenient tooling and easy to set up. Easy to get users access. Though the UX is a little hairy and you frequently encounter buttons that try to get you to upgrade, it works for what it is.

> **Cons**: Deceptive pricing. They increase the prices with no notification to users, and when you call them out on it, they threaten to delete your account and all your data. They increased their prices with no email notification to their users. They have two different pricing pages: one that you see when logged out (showing lower prices), and another you see when logged in (showing higher prices).

> Deceptive pricing, cannot be trusted: they increased their prices from $25 to $49 without notifying customers. When I called them out on it, they said they put a banner somewhere on their website. I never saw the banner and don't know why I would check for a banner once a month to make sure my subscription price doesn't increase?
