> **Pros**: There are two great features of RPlan that go beyond other Gantt Chart management softwares that I have used. RPlan enables you to write a status report for each milestone and activity in the timeline. You can then export these reports to get a comprehensive report for an entire project status. Additionally, through an tool called Presentation Graphics you can export the timelines from RPlan into PowerPoint.

> **Cons**: I have never found RPlan to be particularly easy to use for exporting timelines. Even though the function exists through Presentation Graphics, the timelines rarely come out looking exactly how you want them to without having to complete some post-processing.
