> **Pros**: My favorite thing about the software is the accessibility to board meeting materials through the app. This almost eliminated the use of hardcopies of board books, as the board members can access the materials in the app using their iPads.
> 
> **Cons**: The website design seems outdated and is not very user friendly. I had to play around with it a lot when I first began using it to make sure that the meeting schedules and the meeting books were compiled right.  Also, I think that the software doesn't offer enough for the cost.
> 
> It has reduced the number of hard copies of board books that need to be printed and bound.

> \+25K for 30 people and the worst service from the Service Manager. The software is not the best for the value. Many other products will get you the same results for significantly less money. No software is worth anything without competent support management. Directors Desk lacks that.
