The support has been great and always working to enhance, modify and add new functions. I am able to pull the information I need from the system to update my payroll software without issue. I do not have to worry about tracking benefits or ACA reporting because System 8 will manage this for me. I am able to upload information to the employee portal without much effort to provide a better experience for employees and cut down on my own workload. System 8 has most definitely made it easy for us to get more done, faster, with less people. > > **Cons**: I do think that the ACA reporting could be a little easier to use.
