I like having someone that I can email or book a time to have a zoom call with to talk through problems I'm dealing with. Feels like kenko employees are trying to make it better + more user friendly all the time. It is frustrating to enter a customers name and the search result doesn't come up. You have to use lowercase or uppercase depending on how they set up their account. Pulling reports can be difficult to navigate, too. I don't like how it integrates into my website because my clients book through my site a lot and they don't know how to cancel their bookings. Like for one, they claimed to have an inbox for customers to directly correspond with us when, in fact, it’s a forwarding service from your regular email which at that point, why not just use your email. It’s also disgustingly overpriced for what you’re getting. You can’t get immediate help with issues because they don’t have a help line. You have to email them and they get back to you when they can. > > Pretty terrible. I would never recommend this company to another. The 12 month contract is pretty gross too.
