Being able to take a call from a facility and on the fly pull up the software and do anything you would if you were at the dispatch center or billing office. Make any notes on a specific call or assign a incident to review with management or employee.

> **Pros**: The customer service.  From the moment we called to inquire about their products, we knew something was different about this company. The customer representative stayed on the phone with us for about an hour answering all of our questions. He gave us the numbers to other clients in the state so we could call and see for ourself what real life client reviews were like. Anytime we have had an issue come up we have called the customer support number and they have quickly helped us come up with a solution.
