SaaS platform to support operations of finding and engaging with the right people. Made for Recruiters, Marketers, Salespeople, Entrepreneurs, and Small Business Owners. Jobin.cloud provides automatic sourcing tools embedded into an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and is highly integrated with LinkedIn.
It imports LinkedIn profiles in full (not only name and role) and has integrated filtering systems above what simple boolean filters have to offer. The bulk messaging is equipped with auto-compiling fields and allows attachments (job specs, info-material, videos, audio, etc.) either by Email or LinkedIn messaging.
Both messaging campaigns and pipeline movements are also logged into a timeline so you never lose track of anything. Jobin.cloud has also support for Google and Bing x-ray searches on several people profile repositories.

I think if they add some features like a job portal, landing page for particular job, a form - I mean a candidate can apply for particular job, email sync like in each CRM, it can one of the best ATS on the market.
Pros
The great tool - candidates import from LinkedIn Recruiter. It works like a magic. Really good pipelines for different jobs. And you can adjust it as you need.
Cons
This guys are in the process of polishing and development. Some features that I'd like to see in the system:
1. Job portal
2. Landing pages for each job openings.
3. Forms for a candidate applying
4. 2 ways Email sync

Pros
AI Matching Capabilities saved time, and improved efficiency. The platform's interface is sleek, intuitive, and incredibly easy to navigate. Robust Analytics and Reporting Tools.
Cons
Integration: would want to know how to integrate with other systems to automate additional process.
Reasons for Choosing Jobin.cloud
Did not meet my needs, found that they had basic bone structure and integrations to third parties required additional paid licences, limitations and not as straight forward and time consuming. Although these other tools come across cheaper you have to upgrade to more expensive options, and still then require time and energy, and cost to get the right workflows required.Switched From

Pros
at the moment you can see the email and telephone number for the person on linkedin, this goes to show how much of your data is on the internet
Cons
only able to see job title and name, and contact number, no full work history online, they should collect more data from this.

Pros
I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations.
Cons
Have to use the workflow which I don't as a pipeline for the candidates. Love to have more integrations to my other tools like Bullhorn

At Fetcher i had consistantly issues with the GDPR, the outreach is directly on the e-mail of the candidate which is not allowed in the EU.
