> **Cons**: One piece that I wish could be corrected is the mandating of using a common email address and the ability to only sign up using that common address. We are finding that too many people have subscribed multiple times using different email addresses and phone numbers.

> It has been an easy transition with very few problems. I credit our Customer Service Rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] as always quickly addressing our need.
