> **Pros**: Easy to use, top row has icons for most frequently used items (along with traditional Windows drop down menus). Could print out claims for mailing in batches or individually. Associated imaging software (Kodak Dental Imaging) sharpened xrays very well.
> 
> **Cons**: No functionality for text/email reminders (system was purchased in 2005), sending claims electronically was available through a 3rd party site. Amount of customization for reports was basic but you could extrapolate the KPI you needed.
