> **Pros**: The value of what you receive is excellent. It is so much better in my eyes to be able to pay a onetime fee and not be worried about a subscription fee. Customer support is always easy to reach and immensely helpful. Reporting is very extensive and allows for all that we have need of.

> **Cons**: The worst price gouging of any software product I've ever used. In 2022 a 2-user license for the desktop Pro version was $549, in 2023 they raised it to $749, in 2024 it went up $849. And here we are in 2025, only (4) years later and now the price is up to $1,199, that's DOUBLE the price\!\! Terrible that they strong-arm you into being a subscription based service and raise the prices in a VERY UNREASONABLE manner - to me, this warrants a class action suit.

> Experience with the product has been 4 out of 5.  Every so often their maintenance release messes up the windows firewall port(s) and can take some finessing to get working properly. This is on a network with server and 2-users.
