> **Pros**: I like that I am able to easily check in/out students and the communication with the parents is a plus.     Find it challenging with having many different sections to post daily activities such as eating/napping,  etc.

> **Cons**: The most difficult is the financial billing option.   It is very difficult to understand, and to be honest the in person on boarding is too short and as  a provider who has the time to sit and watch a video to figure it all out.   So until I master it, the parents are all going crazy with the encounters.

> Overall, I am enjoying the application and I am confident it will all start falling in to place once I have mastered all the functions.

> **Cons**: The intuitiveness of the platform is subpar compared to Procare.  The interface is lacking in esthetics and its just not a very comprehensive system to use. Expense feature is able to deliver on syncing my bank transactions.

> So far it has been marginal at best, but it has a lot of features that are good ideas but not well thought out or executed.  Playground is on the right track but needs to partner with high quality early learning centers that really use technology to operate their programs and would be able to give more insight on how they could potentially improve the platform.  Children of Joy would love to do it because I see the potential in Playground and that's why I made the switch from a 30+ year established system and brand like Procare to a brand new company, relative to Procare, like Playground.  I believe over time Playground will make the necessary adjustments that will put them in the lead as the number 1 recommended CCMS platform.

> **Pros**: Incredibly easy to use for both childcare management, parent communication, clock in/out, billing, payroll, and just overall value for money. The UX is incredibly user friendly, and gives sooo many options. I love that we can record and monitor things like who can be in pictures, and all different program enrollments. It's easy to use on both my phone and the desktop. Also, the planning portion so we can put the overall what we did for the week is great.

> **Cons**: Would love for better billing visibility in the app as the admin.  For smaller facilities like ours, it's helpful to be able to provide real-time information when parents have questions. It certainly isn't going to replace QuickBooks, but it's solid.

> The team is incredibly responsive, and helps when I have issues/requests. The customer service is tremendous, and there's always someone to help me. Honestly, of all the child care management software, this one is by far the best.

> **Pros**: On-boarding support was great. Time built out weekly to go over any challenges and issues. Support ongoing is minimal but available.

> **Cons**: Not as many features as our program needs. Little difficult to update each child's day without having to do multiple steps.

> Coming from ProCare it's definitely easier and more parent friendly. Tadpoles was our original choice but Playground has been similar.
