Bei der Einführung und Integration des Tools wird zusätzlich ein ausführliches Onboarding angeboten, in dem alle Funktionen erklärt und offene Fragen beantwortet werden. Unterschiedlichste Assets lassen sich übersichtlich und strukturiert anlegen und bei Bedarf direkt mit Tickets verknüpfen. Bei der Ausgabe von Assets an die Belegschaft können entweder direkt, oder später per Mail Unterschriften zur Bestätigung des Erhalts angelegt werden. So ist der Verbleib und die Historie jederzeit komplett nachvollziehbar. Auch der Support reagiert sehr schnell und hilft bei individuellen Anliegen zuverlässig weiter. > > **Cons**: Hier ist eigentlich nur die App (Stand 04/26, iOS) zu erwähnen, die hier und da noch kleinere Designprobleme aufweist.
