> **Pros**: Good for sales intel and ability to tag contacts - this will only operate in some sales processes as it's difficult to dechiper who is visiting your site.  Luckily for us it's usually the owner so we can look them up on Linkedin

> **Cons**: They are the only month to month SaaS I am aware of that will lock you in for two months - when you cancel you have to give them a notice period - this is was not stated when you sign up.  Also they keep billing and their support is lacking with no telephone number to call - i have had mutiple charges to my credit card since cancelling in Feburary - it's now June and still waiting on refund based on what they described as a technical error.

> Not great see the cons above thier UI is also a bit clunky needs modernised. Theres plenty of these types of solutions on the market.
