The app is very easy to navigate and it gets the job done. > > **Cons**: The app on my phone sometimes shows up with a blank white screen whenever I try to make calls. I have to keep signing in and go through that whole process and it does waste time. Sometimes the phone audio quality from both the caller and receiver isn't able to hear one or the other. > > I think my frustration outweighs the pros here. I do think that it's easy to use on my cell phone when I work remotely. However, the repetition of signing in does waste a lot of time. It is my fault for not making you aware of this sooner. I tried calling the other day because the phone system in the office wasn't working (in and out of service) and I was directed to the status.mangovoice web page to check the current situation. I called again just to speak with someone and I decided to leave a message instead as there was a wait. Even though the phone service was fixed a little later, I still wished I got a call back to confirm because I had calls to make to patients who needed my attention (some of them are true emergencies and are in pain) and I wished I knew sooner.
