## Reviews

### "IDrive system backup/storage" — 5.0/5

> **Aaron** | *16 May 2022* | Financial Services Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I can flash over my entire computer if I need to, my files are automatically kept up to date so I don't have to worry about losing anything ever, and I can put as many devices into my storage as I want. This means my phone, my laptop, my desktop, my work computer, all of it, all in one place. It's great.
>
> **Cons**: I'm not really one to hold back on my opinion of things, but I honestly can't find anything I really dislike about this product. I mean... maybe the time it took for the initial backup? Took over 12 hours to backup my entire computer worth of about 90gigs of files. But I can't really complain about that even, that seems just about fair since I was using my computer the entire time without any disruption to my normal functionality or speed.
>
> It's been great. I really honestly have no complaints. I've been able to back up all of my existing cloud drives, my backup harddrives, my normal harddrive, my phone, literally everything fits onto this one cloud storage service and I still have room for more.

### "Great Backup Solution" — 5.0/5

> **Candice** | *28 December 2024* | Computer & Network Security | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Ease of use. Easy to install. Easy to configure. Easy to recover with.
>
> **Cons**: Won't work with certain specialty software.

-----

### "Not as Expected" — 2.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *15 January 2025* | Architecture & Planning | Recommendation rating: 4.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Very easy installation and user interface
>
> **Cons**: Upload speed on mobile is very slow. Auto backup function doesn't work properly
>
> Not good at all. Expected a better performance

-----

### "Affordable Storage but Less Reliable" — 4.0/5

> **Md** | *23 June 2026* | Higher Education Software | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It has a great backup system, the files can be organized in various ways. Also, I can sync in different devices. The UI looks clean. Most important is that It is very affordable.
>
> **Cons**: The sync takes time, also the backup has some issues such as showing deleted files in other devices although it is not accessible.
>
> Overall, it has some lacks in the storage like syncing, fast access. But, at the same time the pricing is good

### "Great solution for backup needs" — 4.0/5

> **Wasek** | *4 August 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like the fact I can backup virtual machines, NAS drives and endpoints. It provides another method of redundancy for backups. It is cloud based and easy to install and setup.
>
> **Cons**: Backup uploads tend to be quite slow and use a lot of system resources. There have been times where scheduled backups have failed. The software does seem to use a lot of resources.
>
> It has been good enough and does backups well. It tends to be more expensive compared to other solutions but restoring data is a smooth process with a solid file manager.
