> **Pros**: Lists has got to be the most underrated app available in the 365 suite.  Few colleagues I speak to even know it exists - but it can do so much\!  If you are tracking data or managing processes with Excel, Lists is a great solution to make your data more stable and functional.  There are so many integration and automation options to increase functionality.  Having IT expertise helps take it to the next level (Power BI dashboards, etc.) but even just the basics are worth checking out.

> **Cons**: The interface is a bit clunky and there is definitely a learning curve, but it's worth it.  Take the time to learn about all the features and how to leverage it, and then build capacity within your organization to leverage what it can do.
