We have different branches of our company and they do not have to have the same settings. This system works how you need it to work for you. The personalization is top notch. We have had features customized and reports added. They are great at working with you to determine your needs and how to solve the problem. > > **Cons**: We choose to make the system very personalized for us. This did add time on the "set up" side which was not easy in the moment but the benefits far outweigh the set up time. > > We have been able to focus more on client retention as we spend less time on assigning.
