I would say it has worked more times than not, but on with certain phones (did not think to ask about their Phone specs) the app seemed not to work at all. The only thing I was able to navigate was Firefox was one browser that Viewabo never had any luck with connecting to. > > I would say it's a positive experience and makes my life and the customer's lives easier as through Viewabo, I am able to directly see what the customer is seeing and can help better navigate through troubleshooting steps.
