Having been an early adopter, I was shocked to discover that they have implemented a policy of deleting tasks, which severely hampers the functionality and reliability of their service. It is truly disheartening to witness a company prioritize their own profit margins over the needs and satisfaction of their loyal user base.To make matters worse, Gitscrum's recent announcement regarding their updated Workspace Data History policy only served to exacerbate the problem. By limiting the data history to a mere three months for Lifetime Deal (LTD) license holders, they have effectively trapped users into a frustrating and restrictive situation. It feels like a deliberate attempt to coerce users into purchasing expensive upgrades, rather than genuinely catering to their needs.The decision to impose such absurdly short task limits is nothing short of a betrayal of trust. As a user, I relied on Gitscrum to provide a reliable and comprehensive project management solution. Unfortunately, this recent change demonstrates a complete disregard for user needs and satisfaction.
