It was easy to use especially after watching the videos but you may have questions, but customer service responds quickly. The State fees were a little difficult to understand. I also would like to have seen how the Advance Refund entries are processed. Those tools did not give me what I needed in a format where I could actually use them. My clients received their refunds over 3 weeks ago and every time time I ask about my preparer fees they act as if they don’t know when I will be receiving my deposits. Their responses to my request are very vague. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase this software and you are better off getting your EFIN. They hyped up marketing tools and logo design but the logo was trash and the marketing tools are trash too. The platform does not work properly and they say they will help you but they just take your money and throw you to the side. Don’t waste your money or time with these people. I’m so grateful I only did a few returns in their system.
