> **Pros**: We liked how we are able to build really complex workflows with multiple forms and user access controls. Also that we were able to get started on our own with the community version.

> **Cons**: Installation and configuring everything was a long process that required some support and training from the product team.

> It does everything they promise and maybe more but you will need some IT/development team to support it.
