> **Pros**: Usiamo il software da tantissimi anni, è intuitivo e molto performante, assistenza sempre disponibile e preparata a qualsiasi richiesta.

> **Cons**: Noi siamo passati da primo desktop a primo in cloud e in un certo senso abbiamo dovuto imparare di nuovo ad usare il programma, avendo cominciato ad usarlo prima che fosse totalmente configurato alcune cose abbiamo dovuto aspettare che venissero sviluppate.  Forse in quel periodo c è stato un po’ di rallentamento del nostro lavoro a livello di analisi dati.
