> **Pros**: Once familiar with the product, the interface is easy to use.  Personally for me this is a great time saving resource for exam and session management.  Building something that allows Trainees, Trainers and Management to each get something valuable, it is a flexible, intuitive and agile piece of software.

> **Cons**: The Trainee registration aspect of the software didn't work for us.  With some Trainees being covered it caused delays at the initial session sign in.
