> **Pros**: Most impressive is the artificial intelligence-based transcription function, which enables fast and instant documentation. It is also satisfyingly easy to use.As for its application, it was very practical and easy to integrate. Its benefits were reflected in a short time.

> **Cons**: A disadvantage is that it is not available for cell phones, which means that the documentation must be done at a fixed location. If this new modality could be incorporated, it would be an even more complete program than it already is.

> From my experience, this software solved the time lost in document processing and therefore more time could be spent on clinical care.

> **Pros**: It an ai scribe there are many like it. I would say it’s a bit below average with notes. The site is pretty stable though and not a lot of disconnects like others.

> **Cons**: Customer service and contract are weird. They make you pay for it even if it doesn’t work for you and if you cancel they make you pay for another month. That’s something I have never seen in ai scribes. Most it’s either a contract or monthly and honestly I won’t even consider contracts on a saas anymore the industry moves too fast.

Also the note quality was just not very good, I felt like I had to be overly verbose compared to other apps.

> Overall bad. The document quality was so poor I my staff spent hours fixing it. It may work well for other industries but medical is not one of them in my opinion. Also I only used them for a few weeks and asked for a refund instead of refunding they charged me another month and said that’s just how they do business. Any other software that doesn’t work for me they simply refund and we both go on our way. That’s actually the reason I am writing this review so that others who want to try this to see if it works for them are aware of the non standard policy here.
