I wish PLANselect could be made for age banded plans but I do understand how that would be near impossible to do on the back end side. Customer service being one of the most important things to me. I've used this software for a long time, and I've had many moments where I need support and I needed it fast. I should be embarrassed about how attentive they are to me and my account. > > **Cons**: The two things I would really like to see developed within the Flimp studio: better spellchecking feature and tables that aren't HTML only. Flimp has shared with me work arounds for these, but I'd like to see them developed into the studio. For direct communications that Flimp develops I have no constructive feedback. > > The Flimp studio has been a game-changer, I'm able to provide a resource site to my clients...a one stop shop. I really like that Flimp asks for constructive feedback and shares new ideas. Many times, I've said I need to solve for X and they bring several ideas to the table.
