Adding and removing employees is a snap and the mobile app that goes along with the website is a bonus. Very little training is needed for Employees. > > **Cons**: The calendar should either be a standard Sat-Sun Format or have the ability to toggle it on-off without the system changing it back on a whim. Date formats should be the same way. This is the one thing that has confused every employee.
