> **Cons**: Die Elektronische Unterschrift zu setzten dauert sehr lange.

> Zu beginn wurde das System von den User ungern genutzt, da es vorher immer aufwendig war einen CC zu erstellen. Nach einer gewissen Einarbeitungszeit mit dem System werden nun täglich CCs erstellt.

> **Cons**: Wie im gesamten dls Produkt ist die Administration etwas sperrig, das wird aber am Ende durch die gute Usability für User User aufgewogen.

> Nach der erst Konfiguration des dls | change control, läuft der Workflow stabil und Unterstützt die Qualitätssicherung bei ihren täglichen Aufgaben. Vor der Digitalisierung wurde mit Papierdokumenten gearbeitet, diese können verlegt werden und besonders die Suche nach dem aktuellen Bearbeiter war immer schwierig.
