> **Pros**: I've found the endless flexibility of NITRO Studio to be incredibly powerful for creating all sorts of custom business processes. If you can diagram a process, you can build a management system for it. We've gone far beyond help desk applications, building bespoke project and investigation management tools that outpace other commercially available apps that are an order of magnitude more expensive. We have even leveraged it to operationalize our COOP, automatically assigning tasks to prepare for weather and other events, giving senior management instant insight into preparedness and and disaster recovery.

Not needing code, it was also easy to delegate implementation to various stakeholders and user adoption has been strong too. We got up and going pretty quickly with our first workflow and are working our way through identifying other forms and processes we can automate as well. It's helped our team quite a bit.
