> **Pros**: Great communication, the team is very flexible to accommodate our specific conditions and requirements. The team also really care about the customer and took time to walk us through the report and even help us brainstorm fixes. 

We had first some difficulties with payment, due to international transfer, but even though this should have been on us to find a way to pay, the team helped us with providing alternative payment method.
