The lifecycle management and governance features are most useful, as they provide simple workflows to keep our environment organized, clean, and secure. This allows us to enforce Microsoft best practices, leading to a much better admin and end user experience. The templating and guest management features are also critical for keeping our M365 environment standardized and secure. The built-in features allow us to save money on Microsoft licensing.
