> **Pros**: We randomly got an email in January about the system, having looked previously at systems to manage the building claims we deal with for networks and insurers alongside the normal building works we do for private clients, we failed to find anything that could do what we needed, when acumen landed in the inbox, OMG, literally everything we wanted was there, since signing up it's been a massive change and improvement for us and our team, the trades adopted the system easily which was our biggest worry. The reporting is great as are most features, I'm unsure why someone hasn't done what Acumen has done before but they have filled a gap that needed filling, the fact we are prompted by the system on what the client needs such a cpp following approval is great, we never forget a thing now\! service has increased considerably. \[sensitive content hidden\] even introduced us to a new client, Thank you

> **Pros**: We have been an early adopter of Acumen, it helps streamline everything\! we found other systems but nothing that could be adapted as good as Acumen. its great for programming and scheduling works, importing scopes and tenders, and being able to split the teams out in the system was a game changer.Our old system from another CRM company we used was too vast and not used properly by team members which meant a lot of the MI was incorrect,
