> **Pros**: Once setup, we rely on the reporting to be somewhat accurate.  THe report can be setup to go to anyone that would need to know the availability of certain chemicals on site. The report updated automatically nightly and email out to a distribution list.
> 
> **Cons**: The tags have to be removed from the old chemicals and installed on the new chemicals and the tag names changed accordingly.
> 
> This allows anyone on the distribution list to view what chemicals we have on site.  IF they are getting low and need to reorder...
