> **Cons**: The sales representatives are able to change the sales person on a deal. This function cannot be removed.

The social media type interface is extremely clean, easy to navigate and has NONE of the fluff that you would find in VinSolutions or DealerSocket.  Updating customer records is also extremely easy and the back end setup is simple and quick.

> **Cons**: Was not a fan of the AI and the mobile version was sluggish at times.

> **Cons**: There are a lot of ways that another salesman can get the same customer as you. The salesperson can create a duplicate and it removes you from the deal. There were a lot of bugs with creating a customer

> **Cons**: There is no service portal and salesmen are not alerted to their customers coming into service. This is where 70% of a dealerships sales derive from.

> It has been bad. They do not send anyone to help, trades do not push, boxes don't get checked on the credit application etc etc etc
