> **Pros**: Valuable information gathering - we were able to see results and trends even faster that we had hoped.  The cost savings from a Labor perspective have been off the chart.  The flexibility and ability to configure using our current processes was a huge plus.

> **Cons**: As normal, the training curve requires time and ownership.  Not a huge Con considering the volume and results.

> Recommended to anyone that is looking for true shop floor MES.
