> **Pros**: TestDome has been an extremely value asset to the engineering teams I lead. I was introduced to it by a colleague years ago and have brought it into 3 more companies. The value it adds and the time it saves in the recruiting process is invaluable. As an engineering leader, I've used other products in the past and find that TestDome is the most reliable and gives the best candidate experience. Plus, it has a diverse list of questions allowing you to pull together a test that is unique and doesn't have to take 2 hours to complete.

> **Cons**: I wish you could get to the cheaper price point without having to buy that large number of tests. It can be hard initially to get buy-in from an organization and getting running with a nice amount of tests would help solidify TestDome's spot in the company. A new user pricing for the first couple of months or packages purchased would be appreciated.
