> **Pros**: Cyberimpact has many useful components.  The program has templates to help us achieve professional looking emails while still allowing us to customize them to suit our needs.  The program does an excellent job of tracking statistics which allows us to monitor the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

> **Cons**: The program takes some time to learn as with anything of value. In this respect the chat service offered has been extremely helpful.

> **Cons**: That I can't set a standard font and font colour to use on all my mailings, I have to manually change it all the time, if I change links in a block to a certain colour, then add a new link - it does not automatically change to the colour of the rest of the links. I sometimes wish there were some more block options.
