> **Pros**: Es muy fácil el uso del portal tanto en la parte de administrador como en la de usuario, ahí mismo se puede visualizar los estados de cuenta que se van generando conforme se cargan y pagan las facturas, así como visualizar el estatus de los proveedores respecto a su situación fiscal gracias a los análisis que realiza el portal de manera automática.

> **Cons**: Que no cuenta con atención vía telefónica

> Es fácil el manejo del portal de proveedores, ya que es fácil intuir en donde se encuentra cada uno de los apartados para su manejo.
Respecto a la atención a clientes, a pesar de no contar con atención vía telefónica, las respuestas a los correos son muy rápidas y se resuelven en un muy buen tiempo.
Los análisis de proveedores son muy funcionales ya que nos permiten tener un mejor control sobre la situación fiscal de nuestros proveedores, así como las validaciones que se hacen a las facturas para asegurarnos que estén emitidas de forma correcta.

> **Pros**: Me gusta que actualmente gracias a la implementación del portal hemos podido controlar un poco mas los gastos, pagos y en general el tema de las cuentas por pagar dentro del grupo y estar al pendiente del que los proveedores cumplas con los requisitos que necesitan cumplir para poder cumplir con el tema de deducibilidad fiscal.

> **Cons**: Creo que la principal desventaja es que el control solo se puede hacer para gastos a crédito y no de contado. El no poder realizar ordenes de compra y enviarlas directamente de ahí.

> MI experiencia ha sido buena, aun con sus desventajas es un buen programa y espero que se puedan agregar más módulos que ayuden al control en general de todos los gastos.
