> **Pros**: Hevy Coach allows me to manage a number of players with differing programs fairly efficiently and allows them to complete their workouts as prescribed and with variations, efficiently with the clients getting the Pro version of the app too.

> **Cons**: I'd like some of the features on the web available on the app and on the available on the web.   I'd also like a few different price points - maybe 1-5, 6-10, 11-19, 21-29 etc,

> **Pros**: It’s simple and intuitive to use with little to no learning curve. Clients have found it straightforward and it presents a much cleaner interface and logging experience than my previous workout tracker

> **Cons**: Only minor downsides that since workarounds but it would be nice to updates made. Only 1 progress photo is able to be uploaded per check in so in order to add a front, side and back view photo they must be logged on seperate days rather than all at once. When updating programs I need to have two windows open as it doesn’t show the previous workouts sets, reps and RPE while editing. So one window has the client last workout and the other window has the edit program. Still very effective but I had to find the solution myself

 the interface is easy to use and covers the main basis of assigning programs, logging body weight/ other measurements and tracking progress 

clients get a video demonstration of the exercise to give them a quick reminder of form

> **Cons**: The aspects I would say Hevy coach would need to improve on is being able to log nutritional data for your clients as well as a bette way to track/ Add cardiovascular fitness workouts e.g. Running, swimming etc

> So far my experience with Hevy coach has been positive and my clients have been enjoying the switch\!
