## Reviews

### "Textellent is like adding staff without the cost" — 5.0/5

> **Carole** | *24 August 2021* | Financial Services Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Textellent integrates well with my tax software. It's auto text features has increased my Google Reviews \& thus new business. The birthday feature is awesome, my clients actually think I remember to text them on their birthday. I love the new phone app. It keeps you connected without utilizing your own cell texting.
>
> **Cons**: There use to be an daily data auto upload. I would like to see that feature return.
>
> Clients can schedule their own appointments without calling. Clients receive reminders of their appointments asking to reply Yes to confirm. Auto referrals has increased my online presence \& increased business. The text blasts are great when you need to let everyone know about something changed or new procedure. Extremely helpful during COVID. Basically, Textellent is my Administrative Assistant\!

### "Great for texts, lousy for appointments" — 3.0/5

> **Pamela** | *19 January 2019* | Accounting Software | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Sending out mass texts are quick and easy, and our clients like the automatic birthday and holiday wishes.
>
> **Cons**: The appointment function is cumbersome and ineffective. Not a single client was able to book on their site. The primary selling point was to automate the appointment process, and it doesn't work. If you are a tech genius with unlimited time to spend tweaking your online calendar, you might be able to make it work, but we couldn't.
>
> Poor setup guidance, unsympathetic or unavailable support, unfriendly user interface.

>
> \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was patient and understanding. And might I add patient again. I didn’t know I needed certain things when we did out activation call. She guided me. She also uploaded my contacts from the software to Textellent. I am very appreciative of that. My experience was superior.
