It is inexpensive compared to other products and free for one property. I highly recommend TurnoverBnB for any property manager who wants to make their life a lot easier.

> **Cons**: You're only true competition is Breezeway. I feel like you guys offer alot more with the marketplace, and being able to auto pay the cleaners\! But maybe building out your properties to be able to keep track of appliances and maintenance and repairs etc would really help the overall feel. this would of course be a different tier subscription option I believe

Also, it created duplicates of my properties and they refused to refund me for the duplicates. Not ethical as no services were rendered for these duplicates and they charged me a year subscription for each of these properties that were a software error.
