> **Pros**: Compared to the manual way we used to do Accts Payable it is way better but I think we could have found a better product.

> **Cons**: The upgrade process is very costly and not easy. The product is not built to have a viable upgrade path. We have put too much money into this product to change at this moment.

> At first it was rough going but the upgrade experiences are the biggest problem. We would rather be on another product but now is not the time for us to do so. I would steer one to go another route.
