> **Pros**: Chattr has kept all of my interviews and applicants organized. I am able to focus more on the training and other manager aspects with chattr scheduling my interviews. Chattr is very clear and concise when speaking with applicants and I am able to double the amount of interviews in the last six months.

> **Cons**: There isn’t much I would complain about chattr. Perhaps more clearly labeling the link to the actual application to the restaurant. A lot of applicants look over it.
