>
> **Pros**: The app has improved where it is much easier to set up deliveries
>
> **Cons**: The quality of drivers. Some are very good but some shouldn't be driving. Also last second cancelations are very infuriating, causing stress for my staff and customers.

### "A Game-Changer for Our Local Deliveries" — 5.0/5

> **Evan** | *4 June 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The reliability and professionalism of the delivery drivers stood out the most. Every order arrived on time, and the drivers consistently represented our brand well.. polite, communicative, and careful with our products. That level of consistency gave us the confidence to scale our local deliveries without worrying about customer experience.
>
> **Cons**: While our overall experience with Metrobi has been very positive, one area that could use improvement is driver availability during peak hours or holidays. On a few occasions, we had to schedule deliveries further in advance than we would have liked due to limited availability in our area. That said, the team was proactive in communicating and helping us find solutions , and we’ve noticed improvements over time.
>
> We've been using Metrobi for several months now, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. As a small business that relies heavily on timely and professional local deliveries, finding a partner we can trust has made a huge difference.

>
> Metrobi has been invaluable for managing deliveries to and from our event spaces across Chicago. So, I can only recommend it.
