> **Pros**: Vetcove was a game changer for me as inventory manager at my veterinary hospital. I am able to price shop and check backorders for every distributor all at the same time. I can also easily find alternatives for backordered items. We are part of a buying group and therefore get discounts on many products. Vetcove shows both the "regular" retail price and the discounted price, which is very helpful when pricing out items. You can also purchase directly from Vetcove rather than going to each individual website. I don't utilize that feature as I place my orders through our PIMS, but on the rare occasions I do shop online, it is very helpful. They also seem to be adding distributors on a regular basis, widening the possibilities.

> **Cons**: I have found on rare occasions that the prices on Vetcove are not accurate. I'm unsure if that is due to a delay in reflecting price increases or is limited to one manufacturer (specifically Zoetis) in particular? With that particular manufacturer, I am typically using Vetcove more for backorders as they do annual price increases and I don't worry about regularly changing prices.
