> **Pros**: This is extremely useful for the high use recruiter. This tool is best spent on someone who is proactively recruiting. If you have a position you have lots of responses for a job posting, maybe think twice.

> **Cons**: COST, and LinkedIn is tough. Once you sign up for all the services you are in it. It was hard to be flexible as we are a small business.
> 
> Great in terms of helping us service our clients. However I think LinkedIn needs to pay attention to the small business owners too and understand there needs to be a break in helping them.
