The experience with Callroute has been very positive. The Teams integration has been seamless, the reporting is robust, and the portal is easy to use. From an operational perspective, we now have far better control over call routing and number allocation.

Overall, Callroute has proven to be a reliable and effective telephony solution, and we are very happy with the product and our decision to implement it.
